AussieHouse Warranty & Return Policy
At AussieHouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you shop with confidence.

1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Warranty Period
  • Standard Warranty: Most products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Electronics: Typically carry a 3-month warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Exceptions: Please check individual product listings, as some items may have extended or specific warranty periods.
What is NOT covered:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from improper assembly, modification, or abnormal use.
  • Failure to maintain the product correctly (e.g., lack of timber or fabric care).
  • Damage to external packaging only.

3. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We offer a 14-day change of mind period from the date of delivery, subject to the following:
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the item price plus shipping will apply.
  • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for certain products (e.g., personal care items, opened packages, or bulk purchases).

4. How to Make a Claim
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please contact us immediately at customersservice@aussiehouse.shop. To speed up the process, please include:
  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Photos or a short video showing the fault, the product in its original packaging, and the instruction manual with missing parts circled.
Important Do not dispose of or return the item until we have provided instructions and a return label if required.
