These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aussiehouse.shop (the "Site") operated by Aussiehouse ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Products and Fulfilment Model

Aussiehouse operates on a dropshipping model. Most products displayed on the Site are supplied and fulfilled by Dropshipzone Australia, a third-party wholesale supplier based in Australia. When you place an order:

  • We pass your order details to Dropshipzone Australia (or another nominated supplier).
  • The product is shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address.
  • Delivery times, packaging, and stock availability may depend on the supplier and are outside our direct physical control, though we remain responsible to you as the seller of record.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith based on supplier information; we make reasonable efforts to keep these accurate and up to date.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supplier stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; in the rare event an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a refund or substitute.

4. Payment

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, Shop Pay), processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or other listed payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and related information. Because products are shipped by our supplier, Dropshipzone Australia, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, where the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including supplier or carrier tracking pages) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Aussiehouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier network disruptions, or events of force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
