Aussiehouse partners with trusted warehouses located across Australia to fulfil and dispatch your orders. Because we work with multiple fulfilment partners, items in a single order may occasionally ship from different locations and arrive separately. Rest assured, you will only ever be charged once for shipping, regardless of how many parcels your order is split into.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 3–15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on:

  • Your location (metro areas generally receive orders faster than regional or remote areas)
  • Product availability at our warehouse partners
  • Courier processing times
  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our warehouse partners typically process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Multiple Item Orders

If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations and could arrive on different days. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible rather than holding your entire order until every item is ready to ship together.

Delays
