Free Shipping, Australia-Wide*

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders to most postal codes across Australia. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden delivery fees.

*A small number of remote or regional postcodes are not currently serviced by our fulfilment partners, or may require additional freight. Any postcode restrictions for a specific product are listed on that product's page. If your postcode is affected, this will be flagged at checkout before you complete your order — alternatively, contact us at customersservice@aussiehouse.shop and we'll confirm delivery availability and any additional cost before you order.

Order Fulfilment

Aussiehouse partners with trusted warehouses located across Australia, including Dropshipzone Australia, to fulfil and dispatch your orders. Because we work with multiple fulfilment partners, items in a single order may occasionally ship from different locations and arrive separately. Rest assured, you will only ever be charged once for shipping, regardless of how many parcels your order is split into.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 3–15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on:

Your location (metro areas generally receive orders faster than regional or remote areas)
Product availability at our warehouse partners
Courier processing times
Public holidays and peak shopping periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)

Please note this is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. While the vast majority of orders arrive within this window, some may take slightly longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our warehouse partners typically process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Multiple Item Orders

If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations and could arrive on different days. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible rather than holding your entire order until every item is ready to ship together.

Postcode and Delivery Restrictions

Some products cannot be delivered to a small number of remote postcodes due to courier network limitations — this mainly affects very remote parts of the Northern Territory, regional Western Australia, far-north Queensland, and some island communities. Where a restriction applies to a product, it is listed on that product's page. If you order to an affected postcode, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery option, an adjusted shipping cost, or a full refund if delivery isn't possible.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

High order volumes during sales or holiday periods
Courier network disruptions
Weather events or natural disasters
Customs or logistics issues

If your order is taking longer than the estimated 15 business days, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Details

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
